Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to mobile applications, games, websites, support channels, and related services published under the Fadiko developer account or otherwise made available by MAAAN LTD.

Fadiko is the app publishing brand operated by MAAAN LTD, located at 37 Croydon Road, BECKENHAM, BR3 4AB, United Kingdom. D-U-N-S Number: 231032358.

These terms are generic and apply to all Fadiko apps unless a specific app includes separate terms. If a specific app has additional terms, those additional terms apply to that app.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Fadiko app or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or service.

You must comply with all applicable laws, app store rules, platform terms, and any instructions or notices provided inside the app.

You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your country and the rules of the app store or platform where the app is offered.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian, where required.

Subject to these terms, MAAAN LTD grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the applicable Fadiko app for your own lawful personal or internal use.

You do not own the app, software, artwork, design, code, branding, content, or related intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MAAAN LTD and its licensors.

You must not misuse our apps or services. This includes attempting to hack, reverse engineer, copy, resell, modify, disrupt, overload, scrape, automate, cheat, exploit bugs, bypass security, interfere with ads or payment systems, or access accounts, systems, or data without permission.

You must not use our apps to upload, create, share, or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, misleading, infringing, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or otherwise inappropriate content.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated or if action is needed to protect users, our services, platform partners, or legal compliance.

Some apps may allow you to submit content, messages, usernames, profile details, feedback, or other materials. You are responsible for anything you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it.

You grant MAAAN LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, adapt, and use submitted content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and support the app or service.

If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Some apps may offer paid downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual items, premium features, or ad removal. Purchases are usually processed by the relevant app store or payment provider and are subject to that provider's payment terms.

Unless required by law or app store policy, purchases may be final and non-refundable. Refund requests should usually be made through the app store or platform where the purchase was made.

Virtual items, app currency, rewards, or unlocks have no cash value, are licensed rather than sold, and may be changed, removed, or discontinued where permitted by law.

Some apps may display advertising or include links, software development kits, content, or services from third parties. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, ads, offers, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any app, feature, content, or service at any time. Updates may be required for security, compatibility, legal compliance, bug fixes, or new features.

We do not guarantee that any app or service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.

Fadiko names, logos, app names, designs, software, text, graphics, audio, video, gameplay, user interface elements, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission, except as allowed by law or these terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and protected when you use Fadiko apps and services.

By using our apps, you acknowledge that information will be handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy.

Our apps and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAAAN LTD disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAAAN LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, device functionality, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an app or service will be limited to the amount you paid to us for that app or service in the six months before the claim, or GBP 50 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Where permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MAAAN LTD from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the apps, your violation of these terms, your user content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using our apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an app or service if you violate these terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if continued access is no longer commercially, technically, or legally practical.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of an app or service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights in your country of residence that are not affected by these terms.
